Party heal is a very effective spell that can be used in order to, *gasp*, heal the party. You just need to get in the defense party and cast party heal when there's some fighting going on.

Note that you're very likely to die very quickly when the real combat goes on, but you should survive long enough to do some negative damage which is really the goal.

This job is not likely very useful or high priority.
