Your job as the group leader is to make sure that the defense party is as well organized as possible. You are also probably a Manor Linker.

Organization involves mostly making sure everyone knows their place. The best way to do this is to make sure as they join the group.

For example, someone follows you:

You say 'What are you planning on doing?'
They say 'I'm gunna do this.'
You say 'Ahh, I'm sorry, we've already got one and we only need one. Can you do this?'
They say 'Okay.'
Etc.

To do this you'll need to look at this list of jobs and priorities, and assign everyone their spot: Note that this may mean assigning someone else your job. You want to have as many positions filled as possible, and as well as possible.
